A complete introduction to the Clarity Under Pressure framework delivered as a compelling keynote address. Opens on an unresolved hostage negotiation. Closes with the resolution and the realisation that the audience has spent the session building the framework that produced it. No slides required. No audience participation. Just stories, principles, and a room that leaves differently than it arrived.

The Half-Day

Three modules, one major exercise. Participants work through the Meridian Account: a 12-card evidence exercise based on a real client relationship failure. They apply investigation principles to discover that the answer is not what the leadership team assumed. Closes with a written personal commitment.
